Denise Means

Denise’s yoga journey is one of empowerment, growth, and self-discovery. Through breath, meditation, and movement, she cultivates strength and serenity, offering playful, creative classes that align body, mind, and heart. With a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and specialized training—including intensives with Maty Ezraty, Kundalini Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Myofascial Therapy—Denise brings a deep understanding of yoga’s therapeutic benefits. A certified school teacher, she blends education and yoga, training the next generation of instructors. As a teacher of teachers, she is passionate about helping students find their authentic voice while honoring yoga’s depth and wisdom. At home with her two boys, she continues to grow and share her heartfelt practice.

Nicole Payne

Nicole's love for yoga started early! She often found herself doing yoga videos at home after working long hours in the service industry to relax and rejuvenate. She took her first Bikram Yoga class in Michigan in 2001 and was hooked! After practicing every single day for over a year, she decided to go to teacher training. In 2002, she was off to Los Angeles to do teacher training with Bikram Choudhury himself. She's been teaching ever since. She has continued to hone her skills over the years. In fact, in 2005, she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where she has most recently resided. She has studied with some of the most senior teachers in the community and has been a full-time yoga instructor since. She loves the classic Bikram practice, holds a compassionate space, and encourages feeling good in one’s body. Nicole is also a DJ, loves to bake, and makes potions.

Kennady Ritter

Kennady Ritter is a 500hr RYT and began teaching in 2018. She teaches in studios throughout Oklahoma. She received her 200hr RYT in Oklahoma City from YogaWorks in the Summer of 2018. Kennady went on to receive her 300hr RYT in Quintana Roo, Mexico from VY Vinyasa Yoga in the Summer of 2022. She has continued to teach Power Vinyasa classes that challenge beginner, intermediate and advance students with creative sequencing and clear focus.

Courtney Dean

Courtney is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher through Tulsa Yoga Spirit Academy and Tulsa Meditation Center. Passionate about the transformative power of yoga, her heart is dedicated to guiding students through both physical and emotional healing. Although she adores early morning yoga and vinyasa flow, her deepest commitment lies in trauma-informed yoga, breath work, and somatic practices. Courtney received her trauma informed certification through Veterans Yoga Project. Her favorite moments are spent supporting individuals as they navigate stress, anxiety, PTSD, and life in general. She walks alongside her students on their personal healing journeys, offering a safe, compassionate space for growth and transformation - one breath and pose at a time.

Kelley Compton

Kelley is a 500 RYT and has been teaching since 2015. She is also Holy Yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Certified. Kelley is thrilled to offer Holy Yoga, a Christ-centered yoga class that blends movement, breath, and worship into a deeply spiritual experience, to the Owasso community. This practice is designed to help students rest, breathe, and move while drawing closer to Jesus. With worship music as the backdrop, Kelley guides students through intentional movement and flowing postures, creating space for both physical renewal and spiritual connection. Kelley lives in Owasso with her husband, Jarrod, and their four children. In addition to teaching yoga, she is currently finalizing her degree in Christian Counseling at Oral Roberts University and will be opening her private practice in the fall of 2025.

Caitlin Hendrex

Caitlin is thrilled to join Radiant Yoga. A lifelong athlete, she began practicing yoga 20 years ago for its physical benefits but stayed for the mental clarity and deep self-connection. Inspired by the profound impact of yoga and mindfulness on her therapy clients, she became a teacher to share its benefits with all—especially those hesitant to try. In every class, Caitlin encourages students to tune into their bodies while embracing yoga’s freedom and playfulness. She looks forward to flowing together! ❤️

Sarah Hughs

Sarah first discovered yoga during her second pregnancy as a way to relieve sciatica pain but stepped away after welcoming her newborn. Two years later, she returned for the physical benefits and soon realized yoga also helped her reclaim her mind. The combination of movement and mindfulness became essential in balancing daily life.

Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on her own journey, she became an instructor to share its benefits with others. She completed her 200-hour RYT training at The Melting Spot in 2017 and has been teaching for eight years. Passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies, she believes yoga has a place in everyone’s life and hopes to guide others in finding their own path to practice.

“Step onto your mat and feel the warmth of positive energy flow through each pose. Embrace the journey of self-discovery, let your breath guide you towards inner peace, and bask in the joy of movement.”
